LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT: This Master Policy applies to all applications, games, and software services developed and published by Negin Studio. By utilizing our services, you expressly agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Data Privacy & User Protection
We adhere to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your privacy is our priority.
A. Automated Information Collection
Our services automatically collect non-identifying technical data for maintenance and optimization:
- Device metadata (Model, Hardware ID, OS Version).
- Usage logs (Session duration, feature interaction, crash reports).
- Unique Advertising IDs for personalized ad delivery.
B. Hardware & System Permissions
Our Applications may request specific permissions (e.g., Camera, Storage, GPS, or Microphone). These are used exclusively for providing the intended features of that specific app and are never accessed without your direct interaction.
C. Account Management & Data Erasure
Users have the right to request the total deletion of their data. If our application includes account registration, you can use the "Delete Account" feature in-app or contact us via email. All personal data will be purged within 30 days of a verified request.
2. Content Publishing & Editorial Standards
As an independent content publisher , Negin Studio ensures that all articles, news, and information presented within our applications meet high journalistic standards:
- Originality & Source Integrity: We produce and curate content with a focus on original reporting and verified secondary sources. We do not act as a mere automated aggregator.
- Fact-Checking Protocol: All information is subject to a multi-step verification process to prevent the spread of misinformation.
- Editorial Neutrality: We maintain strict independence from political, religious, or commercial bias.
- Transparency & Corrections: If a factual error is discovered, we commit to issuing a corrected version or a formal update within 24 hours.
- Safety & Prohibitions: We strictly prohibit and monitor for content involving hate speech, violence, or any illegal activities under UK law.
3. In-App Purchases & Payments
For any Application offering premium content or subscriptions:
- All payments are processed securely via the Google Play Billing System.
- Negin Studio never collects or stores your credit card, debit card, or bank account details.

- Ownership: All proprietary code, graphic assets, and original content are the sole property of Negin Studio.
- Restrictions: Users may not reverse-engineer, mirror, or redistribute any portion of our Applications without express written consent.
- Liability: Applications are provided "AS IS". Negin Studio is not liable for data loss or hardware issues resulting from third-party system modifications (e.g., rooting/jailbreaking).
6. Children’s Online Privacy Protection
We comply with COPPA. Our applications are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Any such data found will be deleted immediately.
